When I started doing woodworking in the old barn in back, it started with a few pieces of furniture and grew from there. In the mid 90's we began taking some of the furniture we made to local craft shows. In a couple years we started and only went to the large craft shows. We began taking wholesale orders in mid 2000's, while still doing craftshows. What was born in the old barn with a few tools has grown to a large building with all kinds of new ideas. We now make a large variety of wood pieces in different styles. Lydia is also a talented wood worker. She makes the items that we need keep in stock and creates her own patterns. We build quality country style furniture. Our furniture is built with solid pine, both clear and knotty, with no veneers. Every piece is glued and screwed together, and all joinery is glued and biscuited. Exposed screw holes are recessed and plugged with matching wood. Because each piece is individually made one at a time, slight variances of size may occur. Our pieces are NOT mass produced on an assembly line! We cater to wholesale orders. Many of our cabinets are available in 4 different door styles - Original, Wainscoating, Panel Look, or Screen Door. The screening is wire mesh .
